Evaluating Collaboration: A Webinar

Starting an evaluation of a coalition, network or other inter-organizational partnership isn’t easy.  Leah Perkinson of Evergreen Consulting joined us for an hour-long discussion on evaluating collaboration the right way to make the most of your analysis. She’s joined by VNL CEO & Network Scientist Dr. Danielle Varda and several other VNL staff members.

A network evaluation is one of numerous methods for evaluating collaboration. Here at VNL, this is how we frame our approach to evaluating collaboration between partners and community members.

During the webinar, we walk through several real-world evaluation case studies to discuss some of the frameworks available for evaluating collaboration. We also explore several tools for evaluation, including the PARTNER Platform and CPRM. We finish with a question and answer session for those on the webinar to dig into their projects and get specific advice and answers.

Leah is an Evaluation Consultant with Evergreen Consulting based in Burlington, Vermont. In this role, she conducts process and outcome evaluations for national training and technical assistance centers. This includes designing and implementing surveys, conducting in-depth interviews and focus groups, and developing case studies based on findings. She is a Network Leadership Training Academy & Network Leadership Workshop graduate and a master at evaluating collaboration!
