What is CPRM?

Community partner relationship management (CPRM) is the practice of gathering and tracking relational data to engage in evidence-based decision-making and strategic collaboration. It includes a set of specialized skills and capacities, tools and software for implementation, and the right mindset and perspective for approaching the task. PARTNER CPRM is a data platform with tools for collecting, mapping, managing, and sharing relational data to engage in strategic collaborative management.
