This work is rooted in a deep belief in health equity, the idea that everyone has a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, income, location, or any other factor. 

Our team at Visible Network Labs is helping CHR&R develop a network strategy and leadership capacity, so they can leverage their network partnerships more effectively and accomplish their shared goals. We started with an on-the-ground workshop to help their team shift their mindset to think like a network scientist, followed by data collection and analysis work to help them understand how they currently connect with partners and networks. Finally, we’re helping them begin tracking their community partners for the future using our community partnership relationship management software, PARTNER.

We recently began a third stage of the project, to continue tracking the network’s evolution over time using our CPRM. This work is expected to continue as an ongoing evaluation tool to drive impact into the future.
