As a Customer Success Manager for VNL, Jalece is the voice of our clients. She ensures that their voices are being heard and their needs are being met.
Can you tell us a little about yourself?
I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, and now live in Atlanta. I earned Master of Health Administration degree from The University of North Carolina and my Bachelor of Science in Public Health from East Carolina University. I have a passion for helping others, which led me to public health. In my past roles, I completed various outreach projects to provide different resources and health education to under served communities.
What is your new position and what do you hope to accomplish in it?
My position is Customer Success Manager. I hope to accomplish building strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are being met seamlessly.
Who is a significant mentor in your life?
A significant mentor in my life is my mom. She has accomplished so much and always provides me sound advice for everything.
Where is your favorite place to visit on vacation?
Any beach, I just love the ocean and the relaxation it brings.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be, and why?
Telekinesis, primarily because I’d be able to get snacks without getting up.
What do you enjoy doing away from work?
Spend time with my dog, Pharaoh. I love taking him to the dog park and playing!
