The Nevada ECAC is committed to cross-sector collaboration supporting the Nevada Early Childhood System to integrate programs and services that strengthen state-level coordination and collaboration among the various sectors and settings of early childhood programs.

The Children’s Cabinet, one of the NECAC’s partners, works with various non-profit, private, and public organizations to achieve its mission. They work to keep children safe and families together by providing services and resources that address unmet needs through a unique and effective cooperative effort between the private sector and public agencies in Nevada.

Visible Network Labs is designing and implementing an evaluation of the network using social network analysis methodologies. In partnership with the Children’s Cabinet, we will use our PARTNER CPRM Platform to create a custom community partner survey, collect the results, map and analyze the data, and share several reports with our findings. 

The results from this project will help the Children’s Cabinet align its strategy and processes with the Nevada Early Childhood Advisory Council, leverage its partnerships more effectively, and create a data-driven strategy for the future.
