At Visible Network Labs, we’re committed to continuously improving PARTNER CPRM to make managing your community partnerships easier and more efficient. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a newly redesigned navigation menu, making it easier than ever to find and access the tools and resources you need.
This update will officially go live on January 31, 2024, and you’ll see the changes immediately upon logging in.
What’s Changing?
We’ve made several key improvements to streamline your experience and enhance usability. Here’s what you can expect:
- Organized By Function – We’ve re-organized menu items based on functions like managing members, capturing data, exploring your network, and sharing your results.
- Toggle Sub-Menus – Click on Explore, Share, or Libraries to expand sub-menus with all relevant tools and libraries. Click it again to collapse the sub-menu.
- Analyze → Explore – All network mapping and analysis tools are now accessed under the “Explore” menu, including specific captures and your full ecosystem.
- Capture → Network – Your relationship data is now being stored within a “Network” instead of a capture. Analyze them individually or as a network of networks at the ecosystem level.
- Libraries Sub-Menu – Find all your libraries for setting up your ecosystem at the bottom of the menu, separate from your workflow and functional tools.
These changes are designed to improve workflow efficiency and reduce the number of clicks it takes to move between different features and libraries.

Where to Find Your Favorite Features
Your favorite tools and features, such as the Survey Builder, Network Analyzer, and Member Library, are all still here—but they’re now easier to find and navigate between them.
Let’s walk through the new layout and links in your PARTNER CPRM navigation menu:
- Ecosystem Selector – Switch between available ecosystems.
- Home – Return to the PARTNER CPRM home dashboard.
- Members – View your member library and management tools.
- Capture – Capture network data with surveys and forms.
- Explore – Map and analyze your network data at either level:
- Ecosystem – View all data across all networks/surveys.
- Networks – View data from a specific network/survey.
- Insights – Access advanced analytics and automated insights.
- Share – All tools and templates to share your data and insights.
- Dashboards – Create custom interactive online dashboards.
- Member Profiles – Customize a profile with member data.
- Libraries – All libraries to setup and customize your ecosystem.
- Attributes – Create/edit custom fields and tags to track additional member data, notes, and information.
- Questions – Create/edit survey questions to capture relationship data for network mapping.
- Email Templates – Create/edit email templates to share surveys, profiles, and reports.
- Visualizations – View/edit your saved network maps, charts, GIS maps, crosstabs, and tables.
- Account – View/edit your ecosystem account info and users.
- Settings – View/edit your user account settings.
- Help – Visit the PARTNER CPRM Support Center.
- Logout – Log out and secure your account.

What You Need to Do
o action is required on your part! When you log into PARTNER CPRM on January 31, 2024, you’ll see the new navigation automatically. A pop-up notification within the platform will guide you through the key updates.
