Your PARTNER free trial account never expires. If that policy ever changes, you’ll receive notification well in advance to give you time to export your data and decide how to proceed.
Can I save the members, questions, and data in my free account if I upgrade to a paid license?
Yes. If you upgrade from a free account to a paid account, you will maintain access to all your members, attributes, questions, and captures, along with any data and visualizations you have saved. During onboarding, our team will ask about your current account to help you ensure it is activated properly.
What features can I use with a free account?
Free PARTNER CPRM accounts have full access to all features in the platform, including member management, surveys and emails, mapping and analysis, dashboards, and profiles. However, you are limited to adding 5 members, 5 questions, and 3 surveys to your account.
