Collaborative Tech Solutions for Social Care

Together is Better: Collaborative Tech Solutions for Social Care

October 26 2022 | 12pm MT | A Strengthening Social Connectedness Webinar

Addressing the social determinants of health and social isolation requires innovative solutions and approaches. While technology can play an important role in providing social care, it must be collaborative and able to integrate across providers, insurers, community partners, patients, and their networks of support. This challenge, while daunting, is also an opportunity for greater coordination in the way we provide social care.

In this webinar, we are speaking with a panel of technologists and innovators building tomorrow’s social care solutions. They’ll share how their tools are helping bridge gaps in the social care process to create a completely integrated system that always put the patient at its center.

If you cannot attend on October 26th sign up anyway and we will share an on-demand video recording you can watch whenever you want. We hope to see you there!
