I started my career working in cybersecurity for several years before transitioning over to web development, and have focused primarily on PHP and SQL on the back-end, and Vue.js on the front-end – I prefer working with “independent” technologies like Vue.js because they tend to take the most unconventional path.

I’ve always enjoyed playing with computers and tech, and originally started learning how to code using BASIC and C when I was a kid. I’ve dabbled into a handful of tech-adjacent fields over the years as a hobbyist, including digital music production, 3D modeling, audio mixing and mastering, hi-fi audio, and nature & landscape photography. Outside of work I also enjoy reading non-fiction books (on technology and other topics) and getting out to explore the Colorado mountains, and traveling to other places, as often as I can.
