The Kindergarten Readiness Project Manager is responsible for leading and facilitating All:Ready, a Regional Kindergarten Readiness Network initiative which is a broad-based collective of stakeholders in Health Share’s tri-county service area. All:Ready is committed to redesigning how systems work so that race, class and disability no longer predict access to or use of early childhood supports that ensure success in Kindergarten and beyond. This position is responsible for strategically supporting the network’s design team and work group leaders to plan and implement a long-term agenda that is carried out through biannual gatherings of the full network, monthly meetings of multiple work groups, and a variety of subgroup activities.
