Nov 9, 2021 | 12:30pm - 2:00pm MT
Over the past year, we have tested PARTNERme, our social connectedness screening tool, in a number of unique pilot projects with community partners in healthcare, education, and mental health sectors. We learned a great deal about screening for social connectedness in a variety of unique settings.
This coming November 9th, we are gathering partners from various PARTNERme projects to share their experiences and lessons learned firsthand. They’ll discuss their approach and strategy, explain what they learned with their results, and provide tips and advice for others looking to measure and strengthen social connectedness.
The panel session will be followed by an interactive PARTNERme workshop, providing you the opportunity to try exploring and analyzing social connectedness data on your own. Register using the form on the right or learn more about our fantastic panelists below. See you then!
