Sept 30, 2021 | 12pm - 1:30pm MT

PARTNERme is our innovative new tool used for measuring social connectedness in a variety of different settings. Over the past year, we have tested the tool in a number of unique pilot projects with community partners in healthcare, education, and criminal justice settings. The projects include numerous different sectors and goals, including:

  • Pediatric clinics screening families for social needs and supports,
  • Mental Health centers screening patients for loneliness and social needs,
  • Schools using the tool to identify students needs and connectedness,
  • Courts screening parolees to assist with re-integration.

On September 30th, we are gathering partners from various PARTNERme projects to share their experiences and lessons learned while using the tool. They’ll share details about their approach and strategy, explain what they learned with their results, and provide tips and advice for others looking to measure social connectedness. The panel will be followed by an interactive PARTNERme Workshop, giving you the chance to explore and analyze social connectedness data on your own.
