Lea is part of the Data Science team and oversees quality improvement activities in addition to focusing on client projects and communication. She has a Master’s in Public Administration with a specialization in Health Policy Analysis from New York University Wagner School of Public Service and over 10 years of management and research experience. Her experience working in multiple sectors, such as health care and education, coupled with her knowledge and skills from a variety of disciplines help define, critically assess, and resolve a broad spectrum of public health problems and issues. Prior to joining VNL, her network research experience included examining social connectedness in age-friendly communities and the role of networks in disaster preparedness and response.
