Jalece is a Customer Success Manager at VNL. She is a Charlotte, NC native, born and raised. She earned her Master of Health Administration degree from The University of North Carolina and her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from East Carolina University.

Jalece’s passion for helping others led her to public health. She has spent her time in healthcare, aiding in the improvement of quality of care provided to all patients. In her past roles, Jalece completed various outreach projects to provide resources and health education to under served communities. In her free time, she enjoys cuddling with her dog, spending time with family, or doing something adventurous, like sky diving!
