Our Community PARTNER Relationship Management System (CPRM) is perfect for those leading or managing large networks of interconnected partners. Collect data from community partners and hold it all in a live data dashboard that you can make public facing or keep internal for a small user group. A key feature of the CPRM is a data tracking system that lets you track change over time, watch your networks evolve, and compare them over time.

A key feature of the CPRM is the highly customized member profile look up feature. Customize member profile templates to best suit your organization’s or network’s needs. Designed to be used in real-time and “on the fly” when you need to look up information about members of your network, and who they are connected to (and information about those members) quickly!
With the PARTNER CPRM, you will have the option to select from multiple modes of data collection and multiple ways to identify network members. This includes pre-loaded lists of members or allowing your team or network to to write in members via open-ended, crowd-sourced, “name generator” text fields (e.g. like snowball samplying methods).
What makes a CPRM so different from a CRM? Not only is this focused on community relationships (not customer relationships) but it lets you invite people in the community to contribute to the database. It becomes a community’s tool when people outside the organization or network are invited to participate. Crowd-source the most reliable and accurate version of the network of connections in your community.
You do not have to send our surveys to populate your CPRM. A unique feature of the CPRM is a function to let users with permission to capture their perceptions of others’ relationships. This allows a user to track relationships they oberverd or learned about (e.g. I know that Deb knows Sue, so I’ll capture that).
Sometimes data cleaning is required to make sure you have the most accurate and updated data. For a fee, customized VNL data cleaning options and packages are available.
PARTNER’s CPRM analysis dashboard offers data filtering and visualization options by multiple customizable projects, variables, metrics, and GIS features – and allows for quick access to and reporting of these analytics.

PARTNER User Testimonials
VNL is an amazing team of professionals who are actively building tools, like PARTNER, that we need to measure collaboration, networks, and more. They think outside of the box, and they are an innovative partner when it comes to trying to define and measure those things that are innately challenging.
VNL is an essential partner in the field of public health, where we rely on the strength of partnerships and networks to build our capacity and build innovative approaches to health. We are constantly being asked to measure the impact of our work, without VNL and PARTNER we wouldn’t be able to measure or justify the need for partnership.

PARTNER has become a valuable tool for me because it measures important aspects of organizational relationships that help me understand what does and does not work well in partnerships. It’s also a great tool because it is easy to modify and implement in community-based settings. The VNL staff are not only expert social network analysts, but they are very attentive and easy to work with. I can’t imagine studying these types of relationships without them.
